Monty, our sweet and compact Staffordshire Terrier, is still looking for a foster or foster-to-adopt family to help him take the next step in his journey.
With his soulful eyes, gentle face, and quiet presence, Monty is as charming in person as he looks in photos. He’s affectionate, crate-loving, and happiest when he has clear structure, boundaries, and love from his people.

He’s thriving in a board-and-train program, where he’s been working hard on structure and boundaries to set him up for long-term success. He’s also been walking daily with packs of dogs—ranging from high-energy pups to calm companions—and he’s doing wonderfully with all the different personalities. He is now ready to transition into a home environment—and his future foster or foster-to-adopt family will even get the chance to meet and learn directly from his trainers.
✨ What Monty needs:
– An experienced handler (ideally with Staffy or bully breed experience)
– Someone committed to continuing his structured training
– An adults-only home with no other pets so he can stay focused and consistent
