Introducing Evvie!
This gal may only have one eye, but that doesn’t stop her. Evvie is the perfect balance of energy and relaxation—she’ll happily chase after a ball for as long as you’ll throw it (tug-of-war is her absolute favorite!), but she’s just as content curling up for a movie night. Her quirky sleeping positions keep her foster family entertained!
Evvie thrives in a bustling home—she currently lives with another dog and interacts well with children (ages 8 and 10). She’s crate-trained, rarely barks, and is eager to please. She already knows commands like sit, come, check, out, and leave it. She’s still working on polite greetings (she just gets so excited to meet new people!) and refining her leash manners— sometimes she gets so excited to explore that she’ll try to take the leash into her own hands.
Ms. Evvie is a dainty lady who prefers to do her #2s in the privacy of her own yard. For this reason, a fenced yard is required.
Evvie does exhibit some allergy symptoms, but she’s been thriving on a fish-based diet.
