Hi I’m Junior, one of the friendliest boys you’ll ever meet. I love to cuddle and have my chin scratched. I love to play with toys, especially bouncy ones like Kong or balls. But I do like a good squeaky toy from time to time.
My foster mom says I’m a big suck. I LOVE to cuddle, and be close to my humans. I love people! I haven’t met any young children yet, but I am great with my teenage foster kids, especially if they throw a toy or give me scritches.
When on walks I get so excited to see other dogs that I pull on my leash and bark. Because of this, my foster Mom has started to use a no pull harness on our walks. This does seem to be helping me be more calm. I love if I get to meet people though, and just want scritches!!
I sleep in my crate while my family is at work, and overnight. I would love to sleep with my people though! I’m a good boy and sleep through the night most nights (sometimes I ask to go outside).
I do have some food allergies, so cannot have chicken. I love my seafood based foods and beef liver treats. I know how to sit for food and treats, and I’m pretty awesome at catching my treats when tossed to me.
I used to live in an apartment, and was balcony Pee pad trained. I love having a backyard to use, and I love to go on walks to do my business as well. I’m really good at telling you if I need to go, by scratching at the door to go out and to come back in.
If you’re willing to give me cuddles and scritches daily, then I would love to come live with you! I love my foster smaller brother and big sister, so will do well with other dogs, as well as older children.
Junior is neutered and up to date on vaccines.
