Age: 14 weeks (approximately)
Breed: Terrier mix
Dennis the menace always seems to find mischief. Or maybe the mischief finds him. He’s your typical energetic puppy that will get into things to investigate if not supervised. His favourite thing to do is dig holes and rip out plants so will be willing to help with all your gardening needs.
He loves to cuddle and looks forward to couch/movie time at the end of the day. He is working on crate training but is not a big fan and has a tendency to bark and whine throughout the night so would do best in detached housing to avoid upsetting neighbours.
He is working on house training and does fairly well throughout the day however still needs a midnight break since his bladder isn’t quite big enough to hold it for the whole night.
Herman is playful with other dogs and cats though needs to work on his manners and recognize the cues when the other dog has had enough. He loves car rides and walks and playing in the backyard. He loves the water and is a great little swimmer. He is food motivated and does best eating out of a slow feeder to keep his digestion on track.
Herman is a Velcro dog who loves his person and will follow you everywhere. Even if you think he’s in a dead sleep, he will always be quick to wake to see where you’re going. He loves being a part of everything and is pretty convinced your feet are his personal front row seat to all the action.
Herman will need to continue his obedience training so he grows into a respectful young boy, but he has the smarts and determination to do it.
Herman is up to date on core vaccinations and will be adopted out on a neuter contract.
