I am Waffles and I am 11 year old, 5.5 kg, Shih Tzu/Terrier mix . My foster mom says I have the softest fur. I’m shy and nervous at first so I need slow introductions to people. I am sweet and loving once you get to know me, so my new family will have to be patient at first. I like people and cuddles, but I’m also an independent type of lady.
I don’t like the crate but don’t worry, I’m house trained and love sleeping on my pillow and chilling out. I bark for a bit but usually just to let you know I need to go outside. I had some bad teeth removed and I’m all healed and happier now!
I’ve got little legs and am getting older so the doc says i need to take my joint meds. I’m also on a special diet that helps my kidneys. I have cataracts but I see just fine. I know some commands in French but don’t even try without a treat… I love chicken!
I love my walks so don’t ever try and skip one! I will remind you that it is time for my walk. I love being outside and I really love rolling in the snow! I am not a fan of other dogs in my home or on walks so a dog free home would be best. I’m looking for a loving quiet home where I am the center of attention.
Waffles is up to date on vaccines and spayed.
