Hi, I am Murphy! I am a 7 months old lab mix with a large spirit! I had a broken leg, but with tender love and care, I am very healthy. I am a fun puppy with much love to give. I love to eat, lick, play around, and be outside in the sun. I love to follow around my foster family and lick their feet when they don’t pay attention to me. I am house and crate trained. I love sleeping in my cage and biting on my milk bones. I am not a runner, but I may try to stay by the door in case you want to take me for a walk. I am a smart puppy and will always try to be cute for more treats. I may take a few minutes to warm up to other animals, but I love to interact with them.
My favourite activities are playing in the grass, walking around the house, and expressing my love for the next-door neighbors by barking at them till they pet me. I am getting better walking on the leash and love to go for long walks with my foster family. I get easily tired out when I go for walks in the morning and am asleep all day!
I am looking for an active family who will be able to provide me with exercise and will continue helping me with my training. As I am still a puppy, I am curious about the things in my home and will try to eat them. But as I am a smart dog, one look at my famous puppy dog eyes, and it will all be okay! I prefer to be around people because I get anxious when left alone for long periods of time.
Murphy is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.
