Introducing Autumn, a sweet Boxer mix. She is one tough and resilient puppy who is doing extremely well after 6 weeks of rest and restricted activities to allow her body to fully recover from her injuries. Autumn loves to meet and play with dogs of all sizes. She adores her toys, especially strong chewing toys that help with teething. She has not been tested with cats, but has shown no prey drive.
Autumn would benefit from having another large breed dog in her family to coach her and learn from. She would also do well with a confident smaller breed or as the only dog. Autumn is learning to walk on leash and is doing quite well. She happily greets people she meets along the way.
Autumn is a quiet dog and only barks to greet her humans when they get home. Speaking of humans, she just loves them and will gladly snuggle with them at every opportunity.
Autumn is crate trained. She is still working on her house training, which was delayed due to her injuries and bed rest. She is doing better, under close supervision, but she is still a puppy after all. Autumn is a smart dog who already knows basic commands.
As Autumn is a relatively big and active puppy, a family with older children would be best.
Autumn is currently 20 lbs and up to date on all age appropriate vaccinations. She will be adopted on a spay contract.
