Name: Bogart (Bogie)
Age: 6 years
Breed: Chihuahua Mix
Weight: 10 pounds

My name is Bogart and I came all the way from Mexico to find my forever home. My foster mom calls me Bogie and says I am a lover not a player. I love to cuddle and snuggle on your lap or beside you on the couch. I’m still learning about toys, and so far I only like cat pompoms, but boy do I have fun with them!

I’m good on walks but I get very excited when I see squirrels. I also get excited when i meet other dogs on walks so I need slow introductions. I am better with small dogs. My new family will need to keep up my training with this.

I’m a low energy guy and I’m very quiet. I don’t even bark when someone is at the door!

I’m crate trained. I will sleep all night in my crate and not make a peep.

I do need to be crated when I’m not being watched or when left alone. My foster mom says I’ve improved soo much but I’m still about 82.6% housetrained. I will need my new family to help me make it to 100%!

I’m learning lots of new things like “sit” and “come”, and that wet grass is not hot lava and is OK to walk on. I prefer to do my business on walks.

I have a scar on one eye, but the vet says I’m okay and it doesn’t bother me.

I am good with cats and love snuggling with my foster dog siblings. I’m looking for a home that wants lots of kisses and snuggles!

Bogart is up to date on shots and neutered.
