Hello Canada!
I’m Brisa (Bree-sah) a 9 month old puppy from sunny Mexico/California.
I’m very sweet, but also very shy, so I do need a bit of time to get used to new people. I really like my crate, and need to have one to hide in until I feel comfortable. Once I’m settled though, I love to play, cuddle, be picked up and give kisses.
I’m very gentle, but I startle easily, so older kids who know how to be patient and slow are best for me to be around. My shyness does not apply to other dogs though! I’m also good with cats. I love meeting new four legged friends, big or small. If possible, I’d like to find a home with another friendly dog who can help me feel comfortable in my new space.
I’m almost fully house trained, with only occasional accidents. I might need time to adjust to a new place, but with a little patience, I’ll have it figured out in no time. I’m also very quiet, I hardly bark, and am happy to be in my crate when you are away or sleeping. I walk well on leash, though I do try to avoid strangers on the street. Unless they have a dog with them of course. I also really love being outside and leaping through the snow. My foster family says I look like a little fox when I get excited!
Brisa is up to date on vaccines and Spayed.
