Age: 10 Months

Breed: Husky

Mira is a 10-month-old Husky with lots of puppy energy, who is looking for a patient, energetic, active furever home.

She’s house and crate trained, and sleeps in her crate at night, but doesn’t like being in there during the day. At home, Mira mostly likes to nap. If she’s got a little more energy, she likes to play with her toys. She’s very cuddly and will be on your lap if you let her.

Mira is very food motivated and smart. She knows many basic commands. And will quickly learn whatever you teach her if she knows a treat is her reward.  Outside, Mira favours squirrels and other dogs even above treats. This can sometimes result in some leash-pulling. She loves to play with other dogs, but she is a big puppy, so herplay can be a bit dominant. Mira’s new family will need to be willing to work on training. Like most huskies, Mira can be a bit vocal when she hears noises outside or if strangers approach too quickly, but her husky howl is very cute!!

Mira will be adopted on a spay contract. She is up to date on all age appropriate vaccines.
