Hi, my name is Chico.  I am an adorable 9 year old Yorkshire Terrier.  My foster family says you have to keep an eye out for me because I love to hang around where they are walking and I am really tiny.  So a small dog savvy home is best for me.  I am nearly blind, so you need to lead me around a new place until I get used to it.  I do have seizures a few times a month and I take medication for them. I recover quite quickly  afterwards and it does not affect my daily life. My foster family says I am a good boy, I am house and crate trained.  I like going outside, but I am even more  excited to go for a walk with my people.  I like to be with my humans, so when they go upstairs I bark because I miss them. A detached home is a must for me as I don’t want to bother the neighbours when I “talk”.  I am super smart, I know commands such as sit, lie down, roll over and give paw.
I am good with older gentle children and can tolerate other dogs but i’m looking for a pet free home so I can enjoy all the attention.  Could you be my perfect forever home ?  Love, Chico
