Muffin is a 7 year old intact female poodle that was surrendered to the shelter as she is not the right fit for the family, she was too skiddish and required too much of their attention… In our care, Muffin is showing her sweet, happy and affectionate nature. Though she craves attention and wants to be picked up all the time, she is learning how to be a dog and with structure and boundaries she is improving in her neediness. She is house trained but does bark/whine when left alone – we are working on that. She has received a dental, removal of mammary masses and a spay.
How You Can Help
Helping Ottawa Dog Rescue meet it’s goals is EASY – you can look into:
- our “Foster Program“
- our “Virtual Fostering Program“
- “Adopting“
or simply by making a donation.
Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Ottawa Dog Rescue (also known as O-Town Dog Rescue) is a federally registered non-profit organization that is dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.
Our team of volunteers and our Board of Directors have one goal, and one goal only - to help match the dogs that come through our doors with the most loving foster and adoptive homes possible.
We look forward to helping you find the dog you want to give a "furever home" to.
