Kiso is a 6-7 year old Labernese sweetheart who was raised in French and has a bunch of pep in her step for an older gal. She requires several (3-4) walks per day to do her business and is getting the hang of housetraining – having been an outdoor dog, she will need a Furever family that will patiently continue with the process, but she is doing so well now! She also crates well and is clean in her crate which is helping her catch on.
She loves treats and, even though she is NOT at all aggressive, she isn’t very ladylike in taking them and has a hard time differentiating between snacks and fingers. This is easily fixable with some proper etiquette training but we don’t recommend very young children in the home as she may find it too tempting to snatch food from a little one. She is otherwise super gentle and friendly with everything. Kiso is a playful and affectionate girl, and loves to be petted or to cuddle up. She gets along great with other dogs and humans of all ages.
Kiso has a sensitive tummy and requires a special food, and can only eat this particular food (even as treats). If kept on her diet she does great. She is fully vaccinated, spayed and heartworm/Lyme negative. All this puppy in a 7 year old body wants is a home to retire in and some good love.
