This tiny girl is Charlie, a 7 year old 6lbs Chihuahua mix. She is a timid little girl at first but once she warms up she loves to sit on your lap and get affection. She is learning that other dogs aren’t so scary and she loves her walks. She is said to be good with cats, and prefers a quieter environment. She’s doing well with housetraining and sleeps through the night once she is settled. Charlie needs her vaccinations and a spay before going up for adoption.
How You Can Help
Helping Ottawa Dog Rescue meet it’s goals is EASY – you can look into:
- our “Foster Program“
- our “Virtual Fostering Program“
- “Adopting“
or simply by making a donation.
Based in Ottawa, Ontario, Ottawa Dog Rescue (also known as O-Town Dog Rescue) is a federally registered non-profit organization that is dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.
Our team of volunteers and our Board of Directors have one goal, and one goal only - to help match the dogs that come through our doors with the most loving foster and adoptive homes possible.
We look forward to helping you find the dog you want to give a "furever home" to.
