Heidi was dropped at the high kill shelter by owners who no longer had time for her. She’s one of the sweetest and gentlest dogs we have had in care. She is well behaved, respectful of boundaries and other animals and very low maintenance. Heidi is good with people of all ages, gets along well with dogs and cats and enjoys being with people, though she can be a little shy at first. She has no behavioural issues, knows basic commands and asks for permission before climbing onto the couch to snuggle. She is exuberant at the beginning of walks but settles into a nice pace. Heidi is spayed, up to date on all shots, tested negative for heart worm and is in otherwise great health. This loving senior deserves a wonderful forever home to live out her golden years.
