Please note that we take responsible pet ownership and overpopulation very seriously. For any puppy adopted under six months of age, Ottawa Dog Rescue will contractually require the adopter to get said dog spayed or neutered at the point that the dog becomes six months in age. Ottawa Dog Rescue will set up the appointment with our approved vet at a time convenient for the adopters. Failure to comply will result in the repossession of the adopted dog by ODR without refund of the adoption fee to the adopter.
